I am passionate about developing, educating, training and coaching dive instructors. 

The center piece of my career program is the PADI Instructor Development Course (IDC) and is complemented with additional career development knowledge and skills that will greatly help the candidates with their employment goals. 

My goal is to provide a well rounded instructor career program producing highly qualified dive instructors and industry leaders. 

The instructor courses are conducted in accordance to PADI regulations at a PADI 5 Star IDC Facilities that I collaborate with on a contract basis.
